I need capability or feature. Context: my team is size and skills, my budget is amount, and I need it working by date. Doing nothing costs me consequence. Compare building it, buying it, and partnering for it across: time to working, total cost over two years, what I'd be locked into, what happens if the provider disappears, and how much of it becomes my problem to maintain. Recommend one, state the condition under which you'd switch to another, and name the mistake people usually make with this decision.
